AUPrefect cut
This is a stable order of mine now days, and just love this cut, goes well either BBQing or smoking it low and slow with a reverse sear.

This OMG are so amazing, I had to share them with my flatmate, we had one each :-) I made garlic mushrooms to add to the top. This has to be one of the best photos of the best food I have ever taken.
