Came with ribs that I had to remove. Meat was uneven so suggest to use foil balls to raise thinner parts so the crackling cooks evenly. Delicious though. So tender
I was impressed very impressed at first glance The skin was cut it looked nice and fresh but because I live alone I cut the big piece into 4 and then in half after cooking each piece in the frying pan to create the crackle which was beautiful and then in the oven for about one hour at 160Celcius. It came out nice soft and jucy and was ready for two meals for me.
The taste was excellent and fulfilled my expectations completely. I will buy it again.
