AUSuperior Ribs
Slow cooked the ribs over hickory wood and coconut charcoal. They are tender, savory, and absorb the smoke ring beautifully. Best ribs I've been able to find and will order again. I will let you know how the pulled pork comes out, which I will cook soon.
